Tracking & Insurance

I require all clients to provide me with a tracking number for their items when they ship them to me. I also highly recommend that you buy insurance for your shipments to me.

Finished projects are shipped with a tracking number and insurance. 

​You are responsible for providing me with the correct shipping address for your finished project.​

Lost or Stolen Packages

​

Once I have brought your finished project to the postal carrier facility, the package is no longer in my control. The postal carrier will be the best option for help with lost packages or delivery issues.

​

If my package with your finished project is lost or stolen, I'm unable to personally provide a refund because I've already completed all the labor for the project. The insurance coverage from the postal carrier should be used to reimburse the cost of lost packages.
