Deadlines Policy
Client Responsibilities
Once you purchase your deposit to secure your spot in my queue, you will receive an automated email with the project intake form. This form collects critical information about your project, such as sizing, color scheme, client contact information, and return shipping address.
Please complete the project intake form within 24-48 hours.
Upon completing the intake form, you will be sent a follow-up email with your final invoice, and a form to collect the tracking information for your package.
Please pay the invoice and ship your items to me within two weeks.
I may reach out to you with additional questions or information during the process of working on your project.
Please respond within 24 hours to ensure your project is completed in a timely manner.
I am unable to hold spots in my queue for longer than 30 days. If you have not shipped your items to me
and/or have not paid your invoice within that time, your spot will become available to other patrons.
I cannot refund deposit fees if you allow your spot in the queue to expire.
Memory Keeper Quilts Responsibilities
Project Timelines:
I do my best to complete each quilt within two weeks once I get to your spot in the queue.
Your spot in the queue is determined by the date you paid your invoice.
Please order early for Christmas and graduation quilts! During the months of April/May and Oct/Nov/Dec, quilt completion times may increase due to demand.
Communication:
Once I receive your package with your clothing items, I will confirm the contents in your package and send you an email indicating your spot in my queue.
I will reach out when I start working on your project to confirm details such as colors and your layout desires.
I may reach out to you with additional questions or information during the process of working on your project.
Please respond within 24 hours to ensure your project is completed in a timely manner.
Finally, I will email you when your project is complete and I have shipped your project. I will include the tracking information for your package.
